Hi again,

There are some pending issues:
* Files config.py, ctoh.ini.example, db/bdctoh3.sql and others lack the
required copyright header.
* Binary files should be documented in a README file or similar: author,
copyright and license information.
* You seem to be using a proprietary tool to generate some DB diagrams (like
db/bdctoh3.mpd); this is highly discouraged. Whenever there are free
replacements they should be used.
* Any binary files subject to restricted distribution but needed for
development have no place in Free software. Developers receiving the code
should have everything needed to make the project work, and (if you want your
project to gain contributors and thrive) to extend it.

Can you provide an updated tarball so we can continue with the process?
