Follow-up Comment #1, task #10681 (project administration):

It just occurred to me that the CC-BY-SA license can have an international
jurisdiction.  If this would make GARBLE more attractive for hosting, I would
gladly license non-software, non-documentation materials under the
international rather than USA version.

Again, all software will be licensed under the GNU GPLv3 or later, and all
documentation and other informative materials will be licensed under the GNU
FDL.
