mod_dynhost_limit Dynamic hosting system".

Hi.

I have approved this project. You will receive an auto-generated
email containing detailed information about the approval but there are
some minor issues (In the sense they are straightforward to fix);
please fix them ASAP.

Some files above 10 lines still lack licensing information (The
Makefile, INSTALL, vhosting.schema). Of course, the 10 lines is a
rule of thumb, we can't know in certain what a court for example,
would consider or not to be copyrightable in the unlikely but possible
case a legal issue arises (Not necessarily for you) about the
copyright status of those files. So IMHO it's better to be in the
over-concerned side rather than the under-concerned side regarding
free software licensing. I'm not a lawyer, but the 10 lines threshold
is what the GNU project suggest in
http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Copyright-Notices.html.

For ensure all users will know their rights could you please include a
plain text version of the Apache License in the tarball?. Most
computer users, but unfortunately not everyone have access to the
Internet. For them a URL pointing to the license is useless.

Regards and thanks for developing free software :-).
