XRX web application. It uses mostly xQuery which embeds XHTML. CSS and custom
XML are also used.

KiIsWhoWi is the Who Is Who Wiki. KiIsWhoWi matters because the KeyIsWhoWe
are.

The app allows registered users to comment about others and give ratings
about properties and competences of others (including non-registered persons).
Registered users are NOT anonymous. The theory behind it is explained in
http://schrotie.de/kiIsWhoWe.htm.

In all likelihood nobody will care about KiIsWhoWi but if people care some
