Now all is Ok, so I approve the project.  You will receive an
automated e-mail containing detailed information about the approval.

It is 70-characters wrapped.  Some people we think lines of 70 or less
characters are more comfortable to read than a very long line.

Free feel to reformat the GPL notice as you wish in your code or
documentaiton, but please don't change the content since that is the
better and clearest way to GPL-license, has been reviewed by lawyers
and by several another people, like the rest of the GNU GPL.

FDL howto.  There is a GPL-specific howto in the section entitled "How
to Apply These Terms to Your New Programs":
