kepler is a set of routines for performing astronomical calculations.
Features include: computation of the positions of the Sun, Moon, planets,
orbital elements, coordinate transformations and calculations for Julian
dates, precession, nutation, parallax and aberration.

kepler implements the VSOP87 planetary theory, the ELP 2000-82B lunar theory,
the IAU 2006 precession model and the IAU 2000A nutation model in their
entirety.

kepler is written in C and is intended to provide a set of building blocks
for sophisticated applications.
