To make this clear:

I used Ubuntu 9.10 and Firefox 3.5 to test my plugin - sometimes I debugged a bit on IE6 (running in Wine). If you want to check it yourself you can have a look here:

Karl: Unhopefully there are some widespread propietary GNU/Linux
browsers with propietary JavaScript extensions.

I suppose you and rest savannah hackers will agree with me in we don't
want javascript to work only with propietary browsers, so I ask what I
ask the platform used to develop it, to determine if it is free.
