Hi,
  
I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in
Savannah. While doing so I have noticed a few problems which are
described below that should be fixed.

Add Licence and Copyright information to *all* your non trivial files,
that include XML, plain text documentationand, auto generated files
and build scripts.

As the project contains files than can not contain the Copyright and
licencing information inside it (Images) you should put a README file
enumerating all those files, it Copyright holder and it licence.

I can't find the sources of the Makefiles.  Are they included? If not,
you should include it.

Please make the sugessted changes and update your tarball, when all
issues are fixed the submission will be approved.
