Explicans is not useful software yet, but I want to register this project to
take advantage of version control hosting and forums.  I have started two
other projects on this site (rdiff-backup and duplicity) and I think both have
turned out well---Savannah helped my projects out, and my projects improved
the free software world, at least in a small way.  Hopefully the same will
happen with Explicans.
