While this item will be useful to track the registration process, *approving

* Name: *Keep Your Tasks Organized Client*
* System Name:  *kyto-client*
* Type: non-GNU software & documentation
* License: GNU General Public License v2 or later (Kyto-Client is GPL v3, but
it is possible that Kyto-Server will not. I'm thinking about using a
"ICE-like" license (creative commons: you pay a X% of your benefits, if any).

Despite of it, Kyto will have a "off-line" mode, witch allows you to use it
without the server.
)

----

==== Description: ====
Kyto is another GTD (Get Things Done) more.

The main points of this program are:
- Client-server architecture.
- Off-line mode.
- Persistence using DB Berkeley (ZeroC Freeze)
- Communications using ZeroC ICE
- Simplicity of use.
- Possibility to connect more than one database in a session.
- Powerful filters
- Reports

Kyto client is the GUI to access the system.

==== Other Software Required: ====
ZeroC Ice (GPL) (http://www.zeroc.com/)
sun-java 6.0 (propietary??) (http://www.java.com)
eclipse SWT (CPL: http://www.eclipse.org/legal/cpl-v10.html)
(http://www.eclipse.org/swt/)

==== Other Comments: ====
This is a project I wanted to do some time ago. It began in python, is
functional and was called "Bitacora" (https://gna.org/projects/bitacora/), but
it has a lot of leaks I want to fix in this new project.

There are no code by now, but I am going to begin to write code right now.

It is going to be a University practise too, and I am going to use it to plan
my work in my office.

Thank you.
