Sorry for the `README' file.

We have changed it now to:

  We are pleased to announce the version
  1.0 release of the `The Crime Tracer'.

The tarball is empty because we haven't develop so far the source code of the
game (we
will write it in pygame and prolog).

No it's not the complete project.

At the moment, we are in the game design process.
