==== Description: ====
The seek-h262 MPEG decoder is a free and portable ISO/IEC 11172 (MPEG1) and
ISO/IEC 13818 (MPEG2) audio and video decoder.

The decoder allows access to all decoding levels, from the very coding of the
bitstream to fully decoded YCbCr frames.  GRAYSCALE and dummy decoding are
also supported.

Its C programming interface allows replacing various logics (like motion
compensation or macroblock handling routines) with application or architecture
better suited ones.

The library implementing the decoder is C only.  Some MMX IDCT and motion
compensation code is available, though outside the library.
