Pylon is a tool for the analysis of electric energy power systems and their
associated systems of competitive energy trade.  It is written in Python and
built upon The Enthought Tool Suite.  It is largely based upon the Power
System Analysis Toolbox (PSAT) and MATPOWER, but is not restricted to the
MATLAB kernel.
