Hi Denis,

My apologize for the delay on my answer.

Even if you  put the words together we will still reading the "open"
word, I understand that you may want to use it as a verb but in
english isn't so clear if you are using the word as a verb or as
adjective.

I cannot accept your new name, if you can use "free 'em up", please do
it, but as you say it will not mean the same. If you cannot use the
word "free" or you don't want to use it, please change the name of
your project, otherwise I will have to reject your project submission.

I hope you understand our reasons and try to change your project name
to fit our policy.
