Test-Reporter, a Perl/CPAN distribution, reports the test results of any
given distribution to the CPAN Testers; It has wide support for various
perl5's and platforms. Test-Reporter is the delivery mechanism for the test
report data, as provided by one of its upstream constituents. Test-Reporter is
critical infrastructure of the Perl/CPAN testing stack, as described here:

The CPAN Testers are a group of volunteers that aim to provide QA of CPAN
distributions via cross-platform testing. CPAN is the Comprehensive Perl
