This is a very little tool to help people reorganizing their LaTeX document.
Instead of cutting/pasting/editing plain text, you just have to move
graphical item or to push buttons to increase or decrease block rank.

The license is GPL
Langage is C++
File reading/writing is made by using stl filestream
Parsing is made by using stl string (but soon it will use lex)
The GUI is made with qt4 (free version)
It compiles with g++ under GNU/Linux and mingw-g++ under Windows.
1400 lines of code
Only one developer (me)
