Description:

  FTP is often used in my university. But the people can hardly find what
they want in a given time. Nobody knows where the file is or when the site
did update.

Dirichlet is to establish such an FTP Search Engine to help people find
files. And this should be light-weight and don't need a special sever.

It will use Java and MySQL, so you can distribute it both on Windows and
Linux.
