Players can be connected to the game server using either a special client or
through IRC or they can use a Web-interface. This means that a player can
reach the server from virtually any platform.

The server is designed to be hack-free: any game calculations will be
performed only on the server side, the server and the client will exchange
data in plain text. Compression of the data will be used for reduction of
loading by a network.
The server will have an administrative interface to add new/manage existing
elements of the game world.
We will use a scripting system to dynamically manage game world objects.
