  About the Mr.Governor (first version Under Development) Web Based Package
This package uses php and mysql
and can should be run on a server.
This package will help people incharge of govt activities to management their
province better.
It will make the job of these people by reducing the number of public
appearences they need to make by offering the members of the province a web
based support system.
This package will also track the progression of the Political Leader using
this software.
Hope this package can make a landmark entry of OpenSource software into
Political Science (if any other software is not available).
