This is a SDL-based Hanafuda game. Hanafuda is a Japanese card game which is
played by two players.

I am doing this because I cannot seem to find an existing free implemention
of this game, and this game seems to be fun :) I don't really seek how it
will be technically advanced, but it will just work and be playable.

This game uses SDL library, and SDL_image for image processing (Note: there
are no GIFs, only PCX and JPG), and SDL_mixer for sound and music. This game
uses a custom pixel font format, which is generated from existing free
TrueType fonts which I can find in Debian GNU/Linux 3.1 using the SDL_ttf
library.
