Hello.
May I clarify some points?
At first, you should *always* copyright your code, even if it is Public
Domain. So that everyone can see who wrotes this code.
At second, you should include explicitly notices that this code was released
under the Public Domain.
And then do *you* have got any code for the moment? ;-)
By the way, how do you want to publish "philosohpical views" on Savannah?
Only code? Some documentation, too?
