Then, you are right Oracle is proprietary software. Please choose a free
database for your system postgresql or mysql maybe.

And as I can see, your project is still in planning phase or do you have got
any source code yet? We can approve your project without source code and
review it later (in a months) or you re-submit later when you have got any
code.

Please clarify this point.
