At first, the license (COPYING.TXT *and* 99999.php) does not contain the last
section, titled "How to Apply These Terms to Your New Programs".

Please use a complete verbatim copy of the license,

The license must be copied verbatim and in its entirety.


At second, please remove GIF image files from your project and replace them
with an other format (such as PNG or JPEG).

Because of the patents (Unisys and IBM) covering the LZW compression
algorithm which are used when making GIF files,
it's impossible to have free software to generate proper GIFs.  These patents
also apply to the compress program.

And at last, your files in barra/ lack information about copyright and
license. Please include for these binary-files a README file in that
directory and write there the license/copyright and permission-to-copy
statements for the files down.
