Description:

  Quad - new generation kernel based on the principles
of micro-architecture for developing any kind of extensible
operation system. This great extensibility can be reached
by using Quad as a core of the definite set of services 
(including drivers) and applications. Using base principles,
performed in this micro kernel we can construct practically
any kind of OS because of the module structure of the 
system at all.
