Hi,
I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.


In order to release your project properly and unambiguously under the license
of Perl (disjunction of the Artistic License and the GNU GPL), please place
copyright notices and license information at the beginning of every file of
source code.

In addition, please include a copy of the plain text version of the GPL
(http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt) and of the Artistic License
(http://www.opensource.org/licenses/artistic-license.php) in different
files.
Like I saw in the perl-package, you can name them "Copying" and "Artistic".

The GPL FAQ explains why these procedures must be followed.
To learn why a copy of the GPL must be included with every copy of the code,
for example,

The license notices of your files could be:
"You may distribute under the terms of either the GNU General Public License
or the Artistic License, as specified in the README file."

And then include in your README file the notices about the primary terms of
the license. Please see the included README file of the perl package for doing
this.
