Follow-up Comment #3, task #4318 (project administration):
Hello.
If you really want to publish your source code under the public domain you
also had to include a statement, which says who you are, the name of the
program and the year (please compare the copyright notices from GNU GPL until
that point).
And that you do not have any rights on this program and that you publish it
under the public domain.
So all in all, you had to abandon/forsake/disclaim your rights and show it to
everybody who uses the source code.
Look forward to your updated tarball.
