I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

Your Python files lack copyright notices. Please add them. For more
information check
http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Copyright-Notices.html

Please also places copyright and license notices in the non-code files. As
explained in the page above, it you cannot add such comments in those files,
it is OK to add a separate README file carrying the appropriate notices.

If you are willing to make the changes mentioned above, please provide us
with an URL to an updated tarball of your project.  Upon review, we will
reconsider your project for inclusion in Savannah.
