Description:
------------
  Group of programmers intent to develop operation research educational
software. It'll be a Qt based C++ multiplatform application (GNU/Linux
support is compulsory). We will use it in our university.

Firstly we are intent to make a simplex-method. So now we are concentrated on
developing math library to work with matrices, rational and M-numbers. This
part is almost done. Afterwards we are going to create QTable-based component
of simplex-table. BTW all components are developed with our personal testing
framework.

We have an opinion that publishing such software may be pleasant for other
educational foundation. Plus developing strong OO class library may help
community in similar projects.
