[Savannah-register-public] [task #4022] Submission of icoutils

Follow-up Comment #2, task #4022 (project administration):

A new release has been made that clarifies license of all code and documents.
Everything is GPL. License and copyright headers have been added to all source
code files and manual pages. The dependencies list has also been updated - the
following dependencies have been added:

* Perl, probably 5.6 or later

Perl can be downloaded from http://www.perl.org/. Perl is licensed under the
terms of either the GNU GPL or the Artistic license.

* libwww-perl, probably 5.64 or later

Libwww-perl can be downloaded from http://lwp.linpro.no/lwp/. Libwww-perl is
licensed under the same terms as Perl itself. This also applies to all
modules which libwww-perl depends on.

The updated tarball can be downloaded from

  http://www.student.lu.se/~nbi98oli/src/icoutils-0.25.0.tar.gz
