[sr #110839] Attempting download from mirror that is not available freedif.org

Follow-up Comment #2, sr #110839 (project administration):

Is there no way to have that mirror bypassed in the meantime? I have a CI
build that will continue to fail until either the mirror is repaired or else
the download is redirected to a different mirror for those users close enough
to be currently sent to the broken mirror.
