[sr #110808] Duplicate bug trackers for GNU tar

Follow-up Comment #3, sr #110808 (project administration):

If the tar maintainers are not paying attention to the trackers that
they have enabled then I would gently nudge them on the mailing list
asking them about it.  It's a feature they have enabled!

Though perhaps the features were enabled by previous maintainers and
forgotten about in the long history of time of the project.  They
might have forgotten about them!

Please send mail to bug-tar AT gnu.org and see what they say.  Until
then there is not really anything for Savannah Administration to do
about it.
