Details:

Hi,

The GNU ELPA and NonGNU ELPA sites hosted by `elpa.gnu.org` have grown
substantially (not just because of the added packages, but also because of the
addition of `-devel` variants of those archives).

It was originally allocated a 10GB partition which has been plenty so far, but
it is becoming a concern. I have made some room by erasing the
/var/cache/apt/archives files and don't foresee a serious space problem for
the next few months, but increasing the space to 15 or 20GB would be welcome
so I don't have to worry about it.
