Follow-up Comment #4, sr #107318 (project administration):
I'm pretty sure cookbook submissions are still problematic, yes. Whether
cookbooks should be a feature at all is open to question, in my mind. At
least I have never found anything useful in them, just generic information
repeated over and over and over ...
