[savannah-help-public] Please add a warning to "Developer write access (ssh)" for bzr

Hi,

I contribute to Emacs, which uses bzr.

This page suggests using rsync to grab all the branches:

  https://savannah.gnu.org/bzr/?group=emacs

As Stefan Monnier notes*, this was maybe useful when bzr
checkout was very slow, but it is not useful anymore.

Moreover, when developers use rsync, the bzr branches
will not be bound anymore, which might confuse them.

Can somone have a look and update this?
