Follow-up Comment #2, sr #107403 (project administration):
There's been a change in the volunteers working on bzr support.
I CC: them to this item so we can decide what is the best way to implement
such notifications, considering the lack of server-side commit hooks and the
Savannah scale.
Paul, Tashio, what do you recommend?
