Details:

I have disabled the cvs feature in the quilt project (after converting it to
git). The homepage now doesn't show cvs as an option anymore but checked-out
copies of the cvs repo still work, and they show the old state.

Users who missed the conversion announcement may now think that they have the
latest version while they don't, which is quite bad.

Could the cvs repo please be disabled completely (or replaced by a git-to-cvs
gateway in case one has been set up already)? Thanks!
