Also, the page that you linked to appears to give the CVS access details for
the main site, not the web site:

http://web.cvs.savannah.gnu.org/viewvc/guile-lib/?root=guile-lib

shows

cvs -d:pserver:address@hidden:/sources/guile-lib co guile-lib

whereas it should be @www.cvs.sv.gnu.org ?
