Follow-up Comment #3, sr #106617 (project administration):
This means you didn't give permissions for others to read the file, which
includes Apache, so it can't be downloaded:

InstallDenemo_0.8.2_win.exe
It's usually best to:
chmod 644 *
on your computer before the upload.
You now need to use SFTP to fix the permissions. Check:
