And what about the "Privacy" select box?
As the tip text states, "Privacy" "Determines whether the item can be seen by
members of the project only or anybody", while "Audience" "Defines which users
will actually get such recipe showing up as related recipe while browsing the
site. It will not prevent other users to see the recipe in the big list inside
the Cookbook."
