Details:

Only one of the four PSPP mailing lists now shows up at:
https://savannah.gnu.org/mail/?group=pspp
although all of them show up on the mailing list admin page at:
https://savannah.gnu.org/mail/admin/?change_status=1&group=pspp
All are configured as public and appeared on the main page before recently. 
I don't think we've changed anything, so this is a bit of a surprise.
