Follow-up Comment #2, sr #105497 (project administration):
Just to make sure that I make myself clear: I think that the web-trans alias
is not part of the RT configuration, but a regular mail alias that should be
found on the standard aliases table.
Since I'm not sure where the aliases file is (I know there's one on fencepost
but, I don't know if it's still used), nor who is administering it, I sent the
request here.
Again, if I need to tell sysadmin, please let me know.
