Hi!

I'd like to suggest the following to make the Savannah BTS a bit more
usable:

Have a look at e.g. that page:
https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?func=detailitem&item_id=15295

Attached files are served as binary files and are thusly not displayed in the
browser, at least with my Firefox installation.  How about changing that
depending on the file's content?

Attached files are served with file names like e.g.
``item_id=15295&item_file_id=3273'' instead of
``patch-gnumach-5-io_per_task''.  Why?
