[Savannah-help-public] uploading a brand new CVS repository

Hi

I'm the maintainer of GNU gengetopt and GNU source-highlight, whose CVS 
repositories are hosted at Savannah.

I'd like to replace these CVS repositories with brand new ones: in the 
current there are many files containing many e-mail addresses, and many 
contributors have complained about this (due to spammers).

Is it possible to do so, please?
