Details:

I've got my gpg key set in my account, but I can't upload files with a
signature to:

ftp://savannah.nongnu.org/incoming/savannah/pyscitrivia

It also seems like the releases page was never made for it either, like
here:

http://download.savannah.nongnu.org/releases/pyscitrivia/

Is there a cron job for this that is down right now?  Everything else is
working great, thanks for all the help so far :)
