Incidentally, I got an e-mail account when getting ADSL access, that I
never ever used, because I already have a bunch of e-mail addresses.
I recently checked it, and it happens to be filled with spam. Of
course, my ISP shows adds for a paying server-side spam killer...
It seems there is no need to use one's e-mail address for it to be
spammed. I also received some spams via catchall to *non-existing*
adresses at my beuc.net domain. I also heard it is possible to check
for new domains name and hence create new e-mails addresses - whether
they are valid or not is not a problem for the one who sell them.
Just to say that There Is More Than One Way to Do It :/
