Is there any reason not to accept his package as a non-GNU package?
(Why is it that you have not responded to him yet?
I would like to think about whether our system should be changed.)

Mr. Richard Stallman,
You asked me a couple of qustions regarding the timetable program. I hope I
solved them. The program contains now a nice Qt3 interface. This program is
real free software. It is useful. There are not other free softwares like
this one, I checked very carefully. All the others are $50-$300 per year or
per program (and, of course, no sources). All that I ask from GNU is some
space for this project and a link. The fact is that in the GNU directory I
found some modest programs and I am sure that my program is better than, say,
the worst program in the directory. Even savannah didn't accept my program
and I received no answer from them (I do not have my own web page, I only
have a temporary page, so I need some space). When searching google for "free
timetable software", I find only commercial (proprietary) programs. Please
consider these facts and help me (maybe providing an interested evaluator?).
