<?php echo SV_THEME; ?> is the theme system we have implemented.
it features mainly the same stuff than the SF ones but is
(to my mind) easier to manage.
The SV_THEME constant is defined by a cookie. If there's no
cookies SV_THEME = $sys_themedefault (should be defined in
etc/local.inc).
On savannah $sys_themedefault = savannah
Take a look at the CVS, especially include/theme2.php
