        Hi,

        I'd like to tell you that Kylix is not free software. By using it
you become dependent on non free software and this jeopardizes your freedom.
If you insist on using Kylix anyway, could you please not advertise it so
that people are not drawn to non free software ?

        Regarding the licenses of Nemesis, you mention that part of the
software will be under the QPL and the MPL. These two licenses are 
incompatible with the GNU GPL and cannot be used together. 

        Could you please submit your project again when you found a solution
to this licensing issue ?
