A package was submitted to savannah.gnu.org.
This mail was sent to address@hidden, address@hidden
Gregory John Casamento <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License: The Chronographer source package is under the MiscKit license
which is similar to BSD. If necessary, this package can be dropped if
approval is blocked by it\'s presence. All other packages are GPL.
Package: GNUstep Application Project
System name: gap
This package does NOT want to apply for inclusion in the GNU project
I propose to start a project to provide GNUstep based system software such as a
login panel, administration tools, as well as some ports of popular software
tools which were written for the OPENSTEP/NeXTSTEP APIs and licensed under the
GPL, or a license which is considered to be a free software license. This
effort should provide all of the necessary software to have a user friendly and
pleasant environment for any GNUstep based distribution of GNU.
The code for some of these programs exists, but they are not yet publicly
available.
I have sent the package tarballs to: address@hidden
