A package was submitted to savannah.gnu.org.
This mail was sent to address@hidden, address@hidden
Jocelyn Mayer <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: Simple Disk Partition Layer
System name: sdpl
This package does NOT want to apply for inclusion in the GNU project
SDPL is a simple disk partition layer which is highly configurable and tunable.
It can be adapted to a wide range of uses, from embedded devices to 64-bit
servers. It can be used with any type of block device, and it remains
compatible with the \"old\" MS-DOS partition layer. Its goal is too make it
easy to resize partitions with a very small memory footprint and no loss of
performance. This project contains tools for dumping and editing SDPL
partitions. Currently, there is only an implementation that works with Linux,
but ports to other operating systems will be welcome.
